Ready for a 5-Day Fitness Challenge?
Fitness challenges are a great way to start or resume a regular exercise routine, and they can give your motivation a powerful boost. Plus, you get a chance to win a couple of great prizes!
Here’s how to participate and enter to win:
- Follow MoveMend on Facebook and Instagram
- Complete 5 workouts between Oct. 25 – Oct. 31 (any duration, any type of workout)
- Share your workout on Facebook or Instagram. This can be a selfie, your workout equipment, or even the place where you worked out.
Now, how do you make sure your workouts count toward the giveaway? Make sure you do these things:
- Tag MoveMend in your post (Make sure your account isn’t private, otherwise we won’t know you participated!)
- On Instagram, use #MoveMend5DayChallenge
- ONE entry for each workout you post
- TWO entries for each workout you do at DatzaStudios or The Ride Seattle (make sure you tag them, too!)
- THREE entries for every workout you do at MoveMend (make sure you check in on social media so it counts!)
- FOUR entries if you do a workout in a Halloween costume!
