Find the pattern
One of the biggest challenges in recovering from chronic aches and pains is figuring out its causes. Does it act up after sleeping? Do you wake-up feeling great but twinges and throbbing happen after a few hours at the computer? Maybe it’s the yoga class.
It can be VERY helpful for you and your therapist if you track your symptoms for a period go time. Even seemingly inconsistent pains sometimes have a pattern.
Track what you feel with a simple (and quick!) symptom diary. Download and print out the Symptom Diary and start keeping track. Bring this form in with you to your therapy or personal training session. It will help us help you!
