Our climbing specific playlist is just getting up and rolling, but you can check out this gem below. We’re starting with a focus on the shoulder but will expand throughout the arm and hand.

If you are looking for specialist in shoulder, arm and hand therapy who understands the unique demands of climbing – you’ve come to the right place. Give us a call and we’ll get you in for a thorough assessment to keep you on the wall.

This video series is super helpful!! As a climber, I’m really paranoid about injuring my hands and forearms and being forced to stay off the wall to heal. Thank you for making these!

Climbing is awesome! I am such a visual learner so the video helped me out on this! I can’t wait to try these exercises out and hopefully start doing more climbing in the future!

Generally speaking, you should have at least 1-2 days per week where you are working on self-care / injury prevention for sport.
